Replaying Diablo II: Lord of Destruction

Nombre and I decided to revisit Diablo II: Lord of Destruction. It came out on June 19, 2000, so it’s literally 20 years old, and it’s probably been at least 10 years since I played it. Diablo II was the game that turned me into a PC gamer. I played it for years after my cousin introduced my dad and me to it. I was really excited for Diablo III when it was announced but it was missing some of the elements that made Diablo II great for me, such as public game rooms, etc. The resolution doesn’t look nearly as bad as I expected it to. Revisiting these graphics and especially hearing the audio for the game brings back so many memories. D2 has a great story and the sound design is superb.
